Ok I have found a way which really works for me, for reducing prostatitis inflamations down to zero quickly. I've tested it for months lately and it always worked so I report it here. I really suggest you to try this.

First of all is to be said that I have a bacterial prostatitis. People who don't have a bacterial prostatitis might find less help from this, however as you know in many cases there are multiple causes so even if the primary cause is not bacteria, there might be ALSO bacteria so I suggest you to try this anyway. Also, the cold washes and the hydrocortisone acetate described below I guess should help anybody, not only bacterial-P. people.

Suppose you are REALLY inflamed. This would be your schedule for the day in order to get to asymptomaticity at the end of the day: (if you are just a bit inflamed, you need much less than this)

Morning:
1 deep ejaculation, then immediately 1 cold wash, then immediately hydrocortisone acetate
wait half an hour or one hour
1 cold wash
wait... (any number of cold washes here, as you require. I usually do 1-2 extra ones.)

Evening (exactly like the morning)
1 deep ejaculation (if you can...), then immediately 1 cold wash, then immediately hydrocortisone acetate
wait half an hour or one hour
1 cold wash
wait... (any number of cold washes here, as you require)

If you are just a bit inflamed, one deep ejaculation alone should suffice. If it doesn't suffice, add cold wash. If still it doesn't suffice add the other deep ejaculation and/or hydrocortisone acetate.

Explanation of the procedures:
(please forgive if there are a few medical errors: I am not a doctor and this is my best understanding of the situation)

DEEP EJACULATION:
The amount of inflamation you have depends greatly on the amount of bacteria you have inside your prostate. Bacteria live in the prostatic liquid. If you eject the liquid, you eject the bacteria. If you eject 90% of the liquid you eject 90% of the bacteria and the remaining 10% needs time to multiply. So if you are able to eject 95% of the liquid you are doing twice a better job than when you eject 90% of it. Last drops of sperm are the most important ones so they are really worth insisting.

Another problem is that masturbation (and also practicing sex...) involves frictions between muscles so it irritates and raises inflamation a bit by itself.

For the purpose of ejecting extra drops of sperm, in the past I was really interested in the prostatic drainage by Dr.Feliciano and I tried my best for a few months but the efficacy in terms of pushing out extra drops of sperm was scarce and it also provoked some irritation and extra inflamation. The deep exaculation described below has a much better (% of bacteria reduction)/(extra irritation) ratio, and it's also easier and you don't risk to hurt yourself.

The technique:
Lie horizontally, face up, and masturbate as best as you can. Never prolong the masturbation by relaxing when you feel the ejactulation is going to start: a longer masturbation results in more irritation for your prostate. As soon as the ejaculation starts, synchronously with it, pull all the muscles of your body which are located in that region (bottom...). Pull them as forcefully as you can, and release them, synchronously with the spontaneous ejaculation. (I also lift the legs in the effort...) The purpose of this, is squeezing the prostate more than with the spontaneous ejaculation, releasing more liquid... as much as you can. When the spontaneous ejaculation ends, continue with the muscles for 1 more minute: sometimes you can gain a few extra drops. Last drops are the most important ones.
Clean yourself with toilet paper :-)

This is very effective. Compared to the normal masturbation it adds just a very little bit of irritation, greatly compensated in the next hours by a noticeable drop of inflamation due to the greatly reduced number of remaining bacteria (or this is what I believe to be the reason...).

Normal masturbation more than once every 2 days is generally considered harmful while you are in prostatitis because it raises inflamation (and I agree: I wouldn't suggest it) but this one is not, and in facts I can do this twice per day for long periods of time without problems (a bit of physical exercise everyday is required if you want to have all that sperm :-) )

COLD WASH
Do you know how to drop an inflamation in a natural way? FREEZING it. Not joking. Try to find a jet of cold water which you can direct to your bottom. If you have a bidet at home you are lucky... it doesn't exist in many countries. If not, I think you can use a basin (throwing the cold water to your bottom with a hand), or the shower. Anyway the purpose is cooling down your ass badly. Particularly the nearest point to the prostate which is halfway between the anus and the testicles. That part of your body is very resistent to cold temperatures so you can cool it to unbelievably low temperatures without problems (I never tried with ice, but it could work). The temperature you are able to bring your bottom to, is the important thing. Having a bidet at home I throw a jet of cold water for 2 minutes, progressively lowering the temperature of the water from the faucet. After 1 minute I'm already throwing to my bottom water which is the coldest available in the water system (in winter it's more effective :-) ).

If you are inflamed, do this just after the masturbation to compensate that bit of extra irritation due to masturbation, and once more after 1 hour if you feel the inflamation coming back. There is no upper limit: you can repeat it throuh the day as many times as you want. 3-4 times drops the inflamation as much as an application of hydrocortisone acetate, and does not appear to have any side effects.

HYDROCORTISONE ACETATE
A great invention, that's it :-). Buy a 0.5% or 1% hydrocortisone acetate pomate in pharmacy, it should be an OTC. A pomate is softer than a cream and so it's preferable, but if you don't find the pomate, a cream can be ok. In Italy my favourite pomate is Cortidro.

Try to find one which has ONLY hydrocortisone acetate as active principle. In particular avoid those which also have anaesthetics in it like lidocaine or other *caines because repeated exposures to a *caine might induce allergy to all the *caines group which is a VERY BAD thing: in hospitals the *caines are widely used for surgical operations and if you are allergic you are in bad troubles!! So avoid lidocaine and other *caines!

The hydrocortisone acetate pomate is to be put in the rectus. Put the pomate in a finger and push it through the anus. The prostate is very near to the rectus and the hydrocortisone acetate will penetrate all the surrounding region. This reduces the inflamation a lot! and also requires very little time to be applied. If you are in emergency, use the hydrocortisone acetate.

For long term use I wouldn't suggest cortisone treatments, so I'd suggest you to try the other two treatments first, and cortisone only if you are really inflamed.

Also you can use cortisone if you want to be sure to drop your inflamation to really zero: e.g. in case you foresee that your day will be long and WCs won't be readily available so you are worried by urination frequency: in that case apply cortisone in the morning. This will reduce inflamation to really zero and so also urination frequency will drop significantly.

Also be aware that cortisone effect is a bit delayed in time: it will take a few hours to reach full potential after an application so be patient. Cold washes have a strong immediate effect, but their long term effect is 1/4, or maybe 1/3 of that of hydrocortisone acetate (3 to 4 cold washes = 1 cortisone application, approximately... of course it also depends on how much cortisone you apply).

This treatment works great for me, I really hope it also works for all of you... Best of luck!
